Hemp (cannabis sativa) is a plant that has been known to us for centuries. The stalks were used to
knead the fibres from which the threads and strings were made. On the other hand, the seeds were
cold pressed into oil, but also ground and used in dishes as a source of fibre . Hemp is rich in vital vitamins and minerals and is considered a superfood. Full of antioxidant potential, hemp seeds are full of amino acids, essential fatty acids and are one of the richest sources
of protein. With an ideal balance of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, consumption provides a boost of energy and wellbeing. Hemp seeds are great for people with skin problems. They also improve
memory and digestion, cleanse the intestines, strengthen bones
